That's what, over 5.5% dropped from the five-minute mark to the fifteen-minute mark? OoT and maybe RBY are its only challengers now. haven't played BotW but it's nice to see this field vindicated in some

We knew it was ahead of everything else, and its 1v1 results against top classic Nintendo games (OoT, LttP, RBY) will be a mystery until we actually see them. Essentially, today's result doesn't prove a ton provided that you were already certain BotW could beat the best from 20 years ago. If you did have doubts, this poll is answering a lot. MM is my favorite Zelda game but I like it for reasons different than I like the Zelda series. It's a great game, but it's not a great Zelda. It doesn't even try to be Zelda. There is only one Guru of the Decade, and his name is azuarc. Congratulations! |

3 users fell off the Top 50. ToadYoshi, NGC3372 and OldDarkElf took a gamble and bet against the king but it didn't work out. 4 users fell off the Second Chance Top 50. Frosmoth, QuickGaming, Moonroof and Final_Eclipse had very strong entries up to now but couldn't quite keep it going to the end. My bracket looked like random picks compared to his. a way, neither LoZ game should be so easily SFF'able. They are both
games known for breaking away from their series formula, and they do so
in very different ways. There are seventeen years between them -- five
Nintendo consoles exist between the Nintendo 64 and the Switch. The
nostalgic memories of one should have a super strength to it, as should
the recognition of an instant classic. One was doubted upon release by
many, causing a defensiveness among its fans...and one changed what its
series might become, causing a divisiveness among its detractors. Of course there's SFF, and probably lots of it.
