BotW dominated 2017 polls, and 2017 is widely regarded as one of the best gaming years ever. Outside of OoT, MM, and maaaybe LttP, I can't see BotW losing a non-rallied match. CT, FF7, and Pokemon RBY might be able to keep it close, but Zelda is dominant and BotW is the definitive Nintendo game of the past 10-20 years. BoTW isn't Breaking 60% on Skyrim because Geraldo del Rio will stop it before that can happen ...it will break 60% on Witcher though. |

The contest (Game of the Decade 2020) was already ruined by real rallies. See Shovel Knight vs Octopath Traveler match. Shovel Knight started the first rally for that match. Shovel Knight will be burned by Super Mario Odyssey. |

rallies, how do some Reddit threads succeed in gathering votes but some
others dont even got noticed? is there any magic to make your rally

The
nice thing about BotW is it is strong enough to no sell small rallies.
So there's a good chance we get the contest winner right. However,
there's always the threat of a big rally that even BotW can't withstand. Link isn't the only one who kicks ass. Congrats to Advokaiser for winning the CBX Guru Contest! |
some subreddits are more likely to care than others but its really mostly luck. |

Mario Kart 8 did almost 3% better with registered users, Skyrim about 2.5% better and Pokemon around 2.3% better here. The effect of the rally on these 3 matches can't be determined here as the rally wasn't large enough to produce a shift in the registered/anonymous user splits that looks highly unusual based on what these games have done in the past with registered and anonymous users. I thought ME3 came across pretty nice in its Starcraft II match. FFXV on the other hand has looked like an absolute loser in all three of its matches. Advokaiser is the man. Congrats! |

Zelda is so good that the rest of it's votes for the day could count as zero and it would still win off its current vote total. It's very likely that the combined votes of its first 4 opponents against it still wouldn't beat it's best tally against one of them |

just like it. I have this friend that mostly plays the popular things as
long as it's on PS4. He's never played a Zelda game in his life, but he
