definitely think we underestimated Octopath a bit. Being a Switch
exclusive jRPG has its benefits around here, and when you put it like
that, it being on par with the top tier indies doesn't seem weird at

Yeah, Octopath Traveler was never going to be terrible. I just expected better from Shovel Knight! also Minecraft is going to get 40%+ by the time this is said and done not bad |

Tales of Symphonia Bravely Default Octodad Traveler Golden Sun Xenoblade Skies of Arcadia Paper Mario Fire Emblem All (except Skies, but it still won a match) of these would kick the crap out of the other random JRPG entrants we get here. At
a glance, Octopath wins this match. Basically every indie game so far
has fallen off after the first hour, and Octopath is winning the UK.
Trends have been wacky from round to round though, so who knows. Black Turtle did a pretty good job. |
Octopath
is probably a rare enough pick that, should it win here, it won't cost
anyone any real ground. Cuphead winning two rounds (and beating the
1-seed in the process) was almost twice as popular a Guru upset than

Odyssey vs. Ultimate could be the match of the contest. I'm really hyped for it. Ultimate in my bracket, Odyssey in my heart. Octopath > SK would be a fun upset, since Octopath is a damn good game and I doubt more than 10% of brackets took it to Round 3. But then again, it would be nice for my bracket to stop bleeding. The music was thud-like. The music was... thud-like. |

I've
had SK as slightly stronger or equal to Undertale and this match is
going as I had expected so far. Octopath isn't benefiting from
anti-votes nearly as much now. |
