Impossible. Vesperia cant fallen below 2nd. And i think it will be #1 soon. Its had enough remasters.

Most of Vesperias Strength pre 2018 was being a 360 exclusive game.

Pretty small splits today, with none of them exceeding 2%. Yakuza 0 had the largest split at 1.75% favoring registered users more.

Rocket League did almost 1.5% better with registered users. In a match that was likely expected to be close, registered users with a bracket are far more hesitant to vote against their bracket, and Rocket League was the overall bracket favorite here.

Nah, Brawl would stomp MGS4 and they were dead even in 2008.

I've always been curious how well SSBB and SSB4 would do today. But other people don't seem particularly interested so they will likely never make a contest again.

I feel much better now about having picked XBC2 seeing it's within 55/45. It was an initial gut pick that I made the day the bracket came out, and I had no idea that Batman game was supposed to be popular. (I didn't read any analysis either)

Yeah, I originally had 2enoblade, but then I remembered Asylum did well in GotD and Arkham City had a low key impressive performance on MMX that we didn't realize was actually good until we saw every other SNES game go on a tear in that contest.

Dead even meaning they went 50/50 in multiple polls in 2008 and 2009

and Brawl would absolutely stomp MGS4; it may be obsolete but Smash fans will still vote for it

XC2 has a bad case of the animes.

Xenoblade 1 has the perfect balance of 'anime'. It stops a healthy distance before crossing the 'you have gone too far' sign, enough to give the game a fun tone while retaining credibility. I don't get second-hand embarrassment from Xenoblade 1. Its sequel...not so much.

yeah the New 3DS thing was stupid

but I doubt Xenoblade 2 is that much weaker than 1

that 2017 GOTY is low-key kinda impressive in the way that Shepard staying in double digits against Link/Draven was impressive

it took several years and spinoffs and animes and ports and LPs for it to become what it is now!

in 2010 it was basically equal to Dead Rising and TWEWY

Xenoblade will get there with the Switch port, probably, but it's not there yet

Also anything you say about Xenoblade i won't take seriously. You've done nothing but underplay it entire contest using stats from 2015. YEt here it is going to make it to the last 16 with ease. It would take down just about every JRPG this contest bar Persoan 5 most likely.

Xenoblade 2 isn't even on the same level as Xenoblade 1. Its not "a bit " weaker. Its much much weaker.

Jesus I thought I was being too hard on Batman when I gave it a 62% here. Thank God Bioshock is looking worse (?) And WOW Diablo sucks

This is like the inverse of that RE2/DOOM/Bloodborne day where they all broke 80%; all the top seeds here look kinda s***ty other than TLOU (although I would take Hotline Miami over Crusader Kings so Dark Souls might not get upset in Division finals)

There is ridiculous Switch LFF in this poll.

I mean timing of release doesn't always correlate with strength. Majora's Mask won the last game of the decade despite coming out at the end of the Nintendo 64 lifecycle.

Shulk also looked a lot better in 2018 vs. 2013 so there's an argument to be made that XBC is stronger than what it did in 2015. Smash 4 recognition probably doesn't hurt.

I only do it because you're in this persistent mode of being in Denial about its strength. When we've clearly seen the recent Switch announcement have huge effect on its popularity.

You realize that my identity isn't wrapped up in whether I get matches right, unlike you and BT, right?

I literally don't care if I'm wrong about Xenoblade and it would be silly to deny it anyway considering I'm doing public analyses with the Analysis Crew for literally every match
