I'm
willing to call it a wrap at this point. It's been far ahead in all the
polls and, despite coming from a smaller series, has the ingredients to
be considered a GameFAQs darling. The few people who vote without
playing a single poll option will be swayed toward RE2 because it got
such rave reviews (from media AND fans) upon release. IMO, its biggest
detriment is the fact that it's already 12 months old - had it released

am fairly confident Sekiro would have beaten KHIII. I suspect that game
would have tanked relative to March and Sekiro looks like it might have
beaten it even if it stayed the same. I hope Outer Wilds bring in all these polls convinces some people to try it out. That game is incredible. I just decided to change this sig. Blaaaaaaargh Advokaiser |

don't think the opinion on KH3 has significantly changed since March.
If anything it might be more positive since people seemed to like the
stuff in the DLC trailer which addresses some of the issues people had
with the game. Link isn't the only one who kicks ass. Congrats to Advokaiser for winning the CBX Guru Contest! |

Fair shot as in it won't get LFF'd by the third option like it would have with DQ11 or Link's Awakening I'm not saying it'll win but it at least won't get held down (edited 1/10/2020 6:47:29 AM) |

RE2's performance today isn't too far off from what FFXV did to Pokemon Sun/Moon in the 2016 GotY poll: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/6574- RE2 currently has 58.47% on Fire Emblem, while FFXV got 57.21% on Pokemon Sun/Moon in the overall GotY poll. The games that could have LFFed Pokemon Sun/Moon back then were only sitting around 4% (Pokemon GO and TP HD), yet removing those allowed the result to flip in the 3-way poll. Fire Emblem has to deal with the fact that the 2 games most likely responsible for the LFF (Dragon Quest and Link's Awakening) are both over 10%, so it could see more of an improvement than expected in the 1v1 poll. The public perception of KH3 has been on a downward trend since it released and I doubt DLC released many months after the fact is going to make up for that. Black Turtle did a pretty good job. |

everything in the database within 2010-2019 shows up, even stuff that
almost certainly won't be eligible, like Ace Attorney Trilogy. |
