For everyone who believes is the TOP OPTION factor The top three options for today's poll are the bottom option, the second-to-bottom option, and the third-to-bottom option in that order. Top option theory DESTROYED I also wonder if we have ever had a 10+ entrant poll before in which the bottom three options had the highest vote totals, and I wonder if it's ever happened in that order. Seems fairly unlikely; I don't know if we have a good way to check and I don't think it's worth doing the legwork. I'm satisfied just calling "top option factor DESTROYED" and calling it a day. Barely played it (yet loved it) back in 1999. I managed to get my hands on it again back in 2015; a rush of nostalgia flowed through and I finished it for the first time, catching 'em all. One of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Despite later generations improving it from a technical standpoint, they have failed to replicate the overall feel and experience of the original. It has stood the test of time in a weird way. It's an honor being part of Board 8's community. |

People
should just stop saying "150 Pokemon" or "250 Pokemon" (less common
than 150 but still happens) in general. There were always 151 and 251.
All of the pokemon were always coded in the games, there's no reason to
arbitrarily leave out the last ones just because Game Freak is stupid
and didn't design the games to have every single Pokemon capturable
(which is still something they insist on doing today for various
reasons) or Game Freak is stupid and gives you the diploma without
catching them all (also something they still do.... for whatever

games came out, right? I wouldn’t think that many people would go back
and replay the game to the point of completing the Pokédex. I guess I’ll
with gameshark/people voting for that option with 150 maybe you could

The Pokemon you can see via the Missingno. glitch depended on your trainer name. By coincidence, none of the possible trainer names let you get Mew. Link isn't the only one who kicks ass. Today's poll should have some interesting trends for sure: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/7742- This is a re-run of the 2016 version of this poll, which has badly messed up poll graphs due to the addition of a "Beef" option after nearly 2 hours into the poll. The addition of that option in a live poll really confused GameFAQs when it came to the poll graphs and the admins didn't bother fixing the mistake when I pointed it out to them.
