decided this match when a bunch of small rallies were there and those

When
the votals for a country are very low and every single available VPN
for that country voted, I think it is safe to say they are not legit
votes. And when those VPN's make up a large chunk of the votes and that
country is overwhelmingly towards one character, then it is pretty
obvious someone has used to VPN's to vote a certain way. Especially when
the same thing has been happening for every match of the contest in
Peru specifically. |
