beat Ness as badly as Big Daddy in 2010. 2010 Big Daddy was legit. And
new characters have looked good from time to time, the issue is the
ephemeral and inconsistent nature of modern franchises makes it harder
for them to get a solid foothold. 2B is an iconic character with a lot
of fan love behind her, she doesn't need to worry about that. Same with

Bowser is currently projected to get around 60.5% on Ness. Charizard sucks. Black Turtle did a pretty good job. |

aren't really any adjustments to make in the bottom half of Division 2.
You could try to argue for Pikachu SFFing Yoshi but that's questionable
