@creativename 2 matches per day will start at Poll 7350, so you'll want to have the updater configured for the switch to 2 matches per day in Round 4. Poll 7357 is the final poll before the contest takes a 6 day break for Thankgiving. During the break, there will not be any matches taking place. The contest will resume again on November 25th at 7:00 PM EST. Poll 7358 will be the first poll after the contest resumes, and we'll still be doing 2 matches per day at that point. He also gets some Smash support. He is one of the 12 available in all Smash games. All of those have picked up strength over the years. (Well, aside from Link and Mario, but that's because they were maxed out to start.) Used to be TheOneAboveAll. Forgot my password and had no way to recover it. |
Is there a reason why we don't see the percentages for each match winner? I mean in ALL contests we had it. Now what happened? So why we exist? What happens when we stop existing? |

Snake got 57.16% on Yoshi back in 2006 (granted it was a sprite round), and then in 2010 he had to go against the MissingNo. rally and still did pretty well, so IMO Yoshi's performances in the last two 1v1 contests were pretty solid. Keep up the great work! Maybe something about the Vivi/DK results finishing so close all three times? (I know this technically relates to today's matches instead of tomorrow, so if it has to be about one of tomorrow's matches, maybe just make some kind of Kefka joke and call it a day?) really don't think there's much overlap between Nintendo and Pokemon.
Pokemon is kind of its own thing. I can easily see Tifa and MMX put

and for some reason I guess Charizard are the "cool"/edgey fan
favorites but as we see the edgey sidekicks seem to be doing a lot worse

They're definitely in the bottom 2 divisions for me. 5 is just weird for me 'cause with how poorly MGS has been performing so far, I'm not sure how much we can trust Zelda's result against the Boss, FFVII also isn't doing so hot, and how much debate is there for Fox being the weakest remaining character in Division 5, unless Aerith really flops against him? No "weird" and "out of place" character getting far this time. The only "weird" character, still winning, at this time and IMO is Vivi. I'm surprised he's beating the mighty Donkey Kong. And I don't see the appeal of him, especially compared to all those FF characters... Also I never liked FFIX. |

you can justify with his series resurgence, Smash Bros. hype, and vote
apathy factor (DK probably does a bit worse 1 v 1 in all of his
matches). It was very surprising but at least explainable. Vivi's gotten...Dissidia? Wait, no, he was snubbed in all three of those games. He was in...World of Final Fantasy?
