No launch will ever be worse than Diablo 3. These f***ing idiots at Blizzard thought always-online DRM and 'one server at launch' would be good ideas, and didn't even work at first. And when the game finally got going days later, it was thoroughly s*** on for being hot garbage. Jay Wilson's response? "Working as intended." Diablo
3 is pretty good now. If they'd stalled the game like 5 years and
pre-patched all the ideas added over time at launch it would've been
regarded as a worthy successor to Diablo 2. Even I won't defend its launch though yikes. No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |
