Man. Every result so far has some sort of surprise. Blarg Squall. Looks like most non-Nintendo associated FF’s characters might suck now. Hat Kid is unknown, but it’s hard to see it having strength. Go Ramza! Probably just Mass Effect dropping off, but still impressive that Ramza (it would seem) retained so much strength. Metal Sonic having some strength. Dayum Zelda. Hard not to view her as the clear favorite over Squall now. Poor mainline Sony FF characters :( LeonhartFour posted... Zelda bulldozing Ezio seems less impressive in the wake of what
happened to Gordon. Doesn't look like any of these has-been western
characters are going to hold up at all. Black Turtle did a pretty good job. |

it! Maybe THAT'S why he didn't beat MissingNo by a wide margin, and
maybe THAT'S why he couldn't beat Vivi! Maybe Squall's popularity was
always heavily tied to that of Cloud and Sephiroth! (and that
Amaterasu's score on Squall deceived us, too!) "Ah,

I’d say it’s Peak NintendoFAQs, but we’re probably only going to keep getting more that way. This site is insular and like 80% frozen in time. It’s a 90’s site where only Nintendo remains relevant, so as everything else drops Nintendo gains by default. So, even if this result from Zelda isn’t as impressive as it seems, I don’t have much hope for Squall. I shudder to think how badly Sephiroth is going to embarrass himself. Poor poor Sephy :( |

I don’t see a rally happening due to low interest in the contest and Falcon not being as much of a meme anymore (I think...?) but it’s actually conceivable if Smash fans actually bother. With these votals, it wouldn’t take much. Even if he wins that division I could see him getting 60/40d by Luigi or X or whatever. Leon, what do you expect from Sephy? |
creativename posted... Leon, what do you expect from Sephy? I fully expect Falcon to have like 45% at the freeze. Sephiroth might do the FFVII rise to heaven after that, but Captain Falcon had 40% on Cloud at the freeze in 2010 and literally lost 10% from there. |

Nah, Ace Attorney's board vote is unreal, but B8 still only makes up a very small percentage of registered voters. The fact that it isn't more just speaks to the fact that Phoenix's strength is legit these days though. |
