If you want to make it easier on people you can have them go to their entry page, right click and select "View Page Source", copy it and paste it into https://jsfiddle.net/, run the code and click save. They can then post the link instead of writing down all their picks. They would still have to tell you their winner, though you could just go through the code and see who they picked in battle 150

Just started the Board Odds Project if anyone is interested

So when the raw stats are adjusted, how exactly are they?

Like how are Squall and Vivi ahead of Red in 2013?

I imagine 2010 stats were used for a lot of the adjustments. That's what I'd do anyway (not sure if those adjustments are actually mine or not).

well you're not supposed to submit your bracket until lockdown anyway

I mean he didnt already show up in the banner that showed up like a month before noms started

And he was going for diversity assumedly so two characters from the same series wouldn't be in the elim bracket

Plus the bracket given to him was a lot easier than Division 1-7 so that's about as close as he can get which sucks for characters like Ryu/Shepard who could've easily made a match in the other 7 divisions

Eh, Shepard would be a pretty heavy underdog in any division. He's not much stronger than Aerith, who isn't as good as she used to be.

Ryu would do respectably against any non-Noble Niner, which goes without saying because he's done respectably against Noble Niners, too. There'd only be one or two of those divisions where I'd say he'd be the favorite to win if he were in it though.

Yoshi > Pikachu

Joke vote doesn't matter that much in 1-on-1. L-Block and WCC have been largely nothing special in this format.

Anyone think Lightning has a chance against Dante in Division 1 round 2?

I'm not sure people still care about the Devil May Cry series on here... plus the FF13 anti-voting might be over now due to ff15's release.

I think people like Lightning more than the ff13 games.

Devil May Cry series is probably about to have its best days since DMC3 came out. DMC5 is looking really good.

like L Block I get because it's just an object, and Missingno is a glitch that shouldn't even exist, but Master Hand is just... a recurring boss fight from a popular video game series. What's the joke there? He's too legitimate.

The Tidus match is pretty bad but getting decently close to Squall is around the ballpark of what Yoshi would do. Unsurprisingly, Missingno. doesn't like playing nice with stats.

Squall crushed Yoshi twice the last time they met. But Missingno fought tooth and nail with Seph in 2010 and got beaten super easily by Squall after taking an early lead in 2013.

Like if Master Hand's best shot was beating Kuja, he's in trouble.

I thought more people would give Victor a chance, but the board does tend to favour proven strength over new strength.

Tidus - 12
Donkey Kong - 9

Are people expecting FFX to deboost? Tidus isn't expected to easily win, but he should be the heavy favourite

Noctis - 14
Master Hand - 7

If Master Hand wins here then I fear for all new characters, Rosalina > Geralt confirmed

Velvet Crowe - 14
James Sunderland - 7

Thought Sunderland would be the favourite, regardless both characters will be weak.

Alucard - 17
Peach - 4

I think people should give this match a bit more consideration.

Ness - 14
Shadow - 7

Shadow would be a good upset pick, potentially a 3 point match

The Boss - 16
Metal Sonic - 5

Super Mario Galaxy and the first Witcher game came out in the same year. Obviously Witcher 3 is the biggest factor for Geralt, but point is Rosalina's not exactly an old character either.

Geralt for all intents and purpose is a 2015 character on GameFAQs. Rosalina is also a Nintendo character and may be immune from being newish.

I'm starting to think Monika could beat Wario without rallies and i have no idea why. I mean why the hell do people even care about Wario?
