FLUDD is highly underrated. It is easily Mario's best companion. The only reason it would lose to Cappy is that these darned kids don't know what FLUDD is.

As of right now, Panzer Dragoon Saga is currently setting a record for lowest recorded playrate poll in any poll on this site. The previous record low was 15.08% playrate for Final Fantasy XIV, though that was back in 2013 around 2 months after the rebooted version was released. FFXIV most likely has a higher playrate today than it did in 2013.

The last time we had a Saturn ownership poll, only 21.60% of the site has owned a Saturn at some point in their life. The low ownership of the Saturn is an extreme limiting factor on Panzer Dragoon Saga's playrate since the game was exclusive to the Saturn and never got a re-release or ported to another system.

BRAWL FEAR didn't even do much to the weak SSB characters when it was a thing. Mr. Game & Watch would be dead and buried against anyone but the worst fodder.

That said, while Mr. Game & Watch can take out worthless new characters, he's probably not at all strong himself. If you want to nominate a classic Smash leech, why not go with Roy? He'd almost certainly be at least a little stronger and he's never made a contest.

That was indeed my thing. I haven't done one in several years, but I don't know that there's much point. With the voter pool so low, anyone who can get a half decent B8 rally can get a character in nowadays.

I;m more interested in a returners contest anyway, we're pretty much at the bottom of the barrel for new characters.

It's not that hard to get those back in either.
