I checked the results. This is what I have to say 1st match=Melee doing very good. I guess the Smash Direct yesterday helps it. 2nd match=CT is really strong. Amazing. 3rd match=R/B/Y that good? Man! 4th match=There is spillover from the final match but I FF 7 would still lose anyway. 1)Undertale had 0.91% prediction rate. Is this the lowest ever? Can't remember L-Block. 2)Pokemon R/B/Y is the 2nd strongest game on this site for sure. Okay maybe 3rd. 3)OOT still amazing strong. Damn! Well strange matches to tell the truth. Only one we expected was FF 7/OOT but the others not. --- Why do we exist?What happens when we stop existing? 124 Gurus were better than me in BGE 2015 contest! But the best of all was DpObliVion! Congrats! |

And considering how it's pretty hard to rally for FFVII, it would only need a small part of what it got against UT to push it over FFVII. But even without rallies, I think it would be quite close. |

When
the matches end, OOT will be above 60% vs FF 7 I can't understand it.
The remake got announced, we saw gameplay, Cloud from today is in Smash
Bros yet still. I told in Ulti's topic what I believe but still. --- Why do we exist?What happens when we stop existing? 124 Gurus were better than me in BGE 2015 contest! But the best of all was DpObliVion! Congrats! |
Let's see what we have here. * Melee putting the hurt on SMRPG is expected, but I expected it to be doing a little better than this. 36%? C'mon. * Why didn't we get Chrono Trigger vs FFVII? Ugh. We didn't really need another FFVII/OoT matchup. CT destroying FFVI is expected. * Red/Blue punching Mario 64's s*** in... Pokemon's really grown a lot more powerful on here since early last decade, huh? * FFVII just can't hang with the big Zelda games anymore. Its strength has been in a slow gradual decline for years now and this is despite being boosted by the remake and Cloud in smash. |

I'd really love to see a Chrono Trigger vs FFVII, but this is good enough. After many years of people bashing Chrono saying he's not a Noble 9, he deserves some respect (And his game is getting that respect for him) |

another interesting thing is that Melee jumps 4% on KH2 when restricted
to registered users. I don't think there was any KH rally, so that's
apparently a pretty stark difference between registered and unregistered

CT versus FFVI involves two very similar games (Square SNES RPG's). The lack of votes for it comes from people not being able to make a decision, not from lack of interest. None of the other polls have this issue. |

looks like the kind of spillover you'd expect. Pokemon, Smash, and
Zelda all benefiting greatly. Ocarina looks good here, but I don't

think ZFS is telling the truth. No way FF 7 is that close to FF 9. The
only thing I can say is the spillover is hurting FF 7 the most and the
mentality that FF always wins since there are 2 FF games in that poll.

result makes CT seem stronger than OoT. FF7 is projected to get 43%
against CT and it's almost getting that much against OoT when it has

this result may not be too far off after all. The Melee "registered
users" votes would project a 57-58% win for CT. That would project to

Also,
FFIX almost certainly overperformed on OoT, but that shouldn't be too
surprising. Suikoden II did, too. SOTN might have, too, but it was
probably balanced out by the spillover. Whatever anti-voting OoT got is

the CT/Melee and Melee/FFVII registered voter numbers, KHI/KHII from
Game of the Decade, and various matches from this contest, you get the

probably adjust Mario RPG off of a static RE4. puts it right around FFX
