this point I'm really convinced Undertale will just get votes whenever
it needs. If Melee dies right now, Undertale also will. If Melee puts up
a 2000 vote spike, Undertale will counter with a 2016 one right after. What is going on in this match. |

And yet it can pull in 56k votes in 12 hours and 700 per update at will with no source post. has been out 15 years that has a high level competitive scene where the
top players are actively trying to help the game + a reddit board that
actively encourages rallies and it cant even compete with an Undertale
that has banned rallies on its official board. |

starting to lean towards the stuffing accusations, but just remember
that we can't scour the entire internet. The sudden spike we just saw
followed by a leveling off is consistent with a twitter post from a
mildly prominent member of the fandom. We can't monitor all of twitter,
y'know? |

is no Melee event unless you're counting Super Smash Sundays (a SoCal
biweekly event) which hasn't gotten started yet. Important bracket

extent for both sides, and then a sharp dropoff. "Rallies" involve a
game's base vote intake going up and sustaining the increased vote

And say what you want, I'm sorry, but Undertale's support is limited. No matter how tight-knit its fanbase might be, it's still a miniscule game and the bandwagon voters aren't this big a factor. Not to the extent that UT can just summon 150-200 vote gains at will. It does not have the fanbase of LoL. Melee, meanwhile, has a far bigger fanbase and its rallies are actually sourced. Like I said I don't want to just say "oh yeah it's cheating", it's not that simple. But it's f***ing weird. --- Such a lust for revenge |

Like it's only circumstantial evidence, but it's a CRAZY coincidence for UT to be winning Eurasia/Middle East when the game was only released in English and has only rough fan translations for other Romanian languages at best. |

are a lot of anti-melee posts going around by well known smashers like
leffen atm, saying that melee doesn't need exposure and to let the indie
