Mario 64 strongest Mario title confirmed. Man, why isn't there a single strong place to rally this franchise? It could actually try to put up a fight here if it wasn't so unrallyable. Is it because there's not as much OC do not steal potential and shipping wars in these games? Step it up, Mario. |

Sounds
like a job for crowdfunding! We just need to create a GoFundMe for OoT
to fund rally ads. With any luck, some big name Undertale fan will
complain about it and it'll go viral and we reap in the money. If we are
even luckier, Kotaku or some video game news site picks up the story

Because
backlash would generate votes for the other game. If someone is going
to buy ads, say next contest, they should probably not say anything
about it until it's over. Definitely don't try to crowdfund - that will

Man, Undertale is really confusing me today. Meanwhile, Melee is beasting over FFVII. I can't help but wonder about next round. Am I just getting disillusioned? Could Melee actually pull it off? I'm just searching for hope that I could actually win the whole contest. Like, somehow Melee pulling out all the stops and toppling Undertale, but then folding against OoT after that. I bet if my bracket had anything besides OoT > Melee in the final, I wouldn't have my hopes up. For what it's worth, Melee has more total votes than Undertale. Since the match is on a weekend, there will be no ASV trend, everything will be from the get-go. Melee does have a shot at this. So either Tumblr stopped caring after going up on SM64, or there really is a ceiling of votes for it. I mean I don't think people look at the results before voting. People are just rallying, period, and especially because it is close. And I'm betting it just peaked early and has gone on all day now because tumblr is aware of when its matches are coming up. Draven did the same thing, right? early on. It's just that we don't know how good the bracket is for the

what it's worth, melee vs undertale will happen in the day of NEC
finals, so smash community will likely be a lot more active than normal. |

Was
the rally just as potent as the others? I guess it's hard to tell when
you have Imitator Melee hanging around rallying, too. If the vote totals
are comparable, maybe it did just start early. If not, maybe it just
didn't catch on? Feel like that's a real possibility with something like

most potent part of the rally took place in the first 2 hours of this
match. That was the only time that Undertale was getting 100+ vote cuts
and it was doing it against our naturally high vote totals during that

Like,
the Undertale votals were up early for the Pokemon match and now they
are down. Probably ends up close but it just peaked early. The Melee rally barely even got going tbh. It only has like 400 upvotes on reddit and took hours to go up. In the CT match it was up around 25 minutes and eventually reached something like 1400 upvotes. If the rally was stronger SM64 conceivably could have won if there really is an Undertale ceiling. would be very surprised if they had hit their ceiling. With a platform
like tumblr (and the assumption that people are willing to vote as a
favor despite not having played the game) it seems like at most you'd

Noeth east championships sunday is finals day. its not that big of a tournament but it'll prolly get like 20k viewers or something. it could either help or hurt melee's chances. |

think a tournament will help. More traffic. Most people won't be solely
watching the tournament they will take a break once in a while and they
