Math time. There were 5174 votes in OOT/FFIX at 12:55. This match has 7917 votes at 12:55. That means we have 2734 rallied votes. Now we need to make assumptions. If Pokemon is worth 75% naturally on Gamefaqs, then the blowback rate is almost 40%. If Pokemon is 80% naturally, then the blowback rate is 30%. Of course, there are a few hundred rallied votes from a Pokemon subreddit, which will throw these numbers off a bit.
