When has a good rally ever lost in a contest? Undertale has yet to lose, this Melee rally seems like it'll succeed, Draven won, L Block won. When do good rallies lose? --- Video Games are pretty cool. |

SSBM and Undertale can't both win. Undertale should have that since it

This will most definitely not
be a one-time thing. If Melee makes it to Undertale, can you imagine
how apes*** the Smash community would get? They're pretty much the polar
opposite of Undertale's target demographic, and a cursory look at the
Reddit thread reveals plenty of people already dissatisfied that
Undertale has made it this far. This will probably be the most extensive rally Melee receives, but it will not be a slouch at all in the coming rounds. --- Now crack that combination: 27 99 23. |

Rallies are inherently unpredictable. Just the pitch and approach of the rallier is quite important, for instance. Even if CT is naturally stronger, FF7 should have a higher backfire rate. CT should have a very low one because most people elsewhere aren't very familiar with it. They should at least be somewhat familiar with FF7. The backfire rate should still be low because people who bother to come vote have likely already made up their mind to vote for who you told them to. Truly drones.
