doesn't matter for TP. Its strength isn't far off from generic Zelda
game. If people mistake it for OOT, it benefits. OOT is the one that

Lynx_7 posted... It definetely feels like its grown somewhat over the years. The Final Mix versions finally being released in the U.S. probably had a lot to do with it, too. The way it beat T&T put it on the level of FF9 and the way it beat Banjo put it on the level of RE4. Ocarina could have the excuse of a bad picture here (I'm a big believer in pic factor, so I won't discount it). But it bombed to hell against Suikoden II. The game is just weaker. Ocarina/Hearthstone doesn't mean jack s***, ask 2004 Snake how much wrecking Tanner did for his contest stock! --- Welcome to the League of Stickies. |

just saying even the most favorable (and likely inaccurate) projection
only gives Mario 64 as big of a win as it got over TP (Majora = Twilight

So not sure if this was discussed, have read reactions to the match yet. But if the Remake is decent, FFVII should be the strongest game again. If it's good or better, that will obviously boost the game significantly. Even if it's only OK, and people complain about it, it might just increase love and nostalgia for the original. If it goes and puts up 63% on SSBM, I don't think FF7 will catch it so easily. The spotlight is on OoT right now but FF7 didn't exactly inspire confidence when it faced SSB4. --- No amount of rallying would let me beat raytan7585. on my phone now and LOL at the pic. You guys should seriously check it
out. You can't even see the ocarina or navi and it just says ZELDA. Based on lol 2009 x-stats OOT is expected to get 71% on FF9 and TP is expected to get 60%. Majora's Mask has become quite popular. Right up there with A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time. With Zelda, there is a definite top 3 it seems. --- Video Games are pretty cool. |

picture is truly awful. I am a huge OoT fan and I dont think I have
ever seen that picture before. It brings back no nostalgia. If it didn't
have the OoT logo it would be hard to tell which game it was from. |
