On
the update with the huge Undertale cut, all of that was from Undertale
spiking in votes while SMW held pretty steady in vote intake. At least
on that update, the backfire rate appeared to be extremely low based on

Wow Look at how fast Mass Eff...I mean Undertale is gaining votes. I'm going to assume, based on early votes, that SMW gets about 72-28 on Undertale naturally (I'll fix that later). That means that SMW has taken about 845 of the rallied votes, meaning it's getting a solid blowback of 34%. If that's the case, I think SMW wins. Undertale has to rally ridiculously more votes than last round to overcome a 34% backfire rate. Although, that seems too high here, because there was a big vote surge from the very beginning of this poll. follow dozens of major Undertale blogs and I've still only seen
anything about the contest show up on my dash one time since this
contest started, in case anyone wants an idea of how much untapped

Tumblr
does seem to favour RBY over Sonic 2 by more than we do. It's hard to
tell exactly by how much but RBY does seem to spike when Undertale

Mario World is getting crushed, as expected. The thing with Mario is that he's pretty much the default vote. Most people agree his games are great, but few have very strong feelings about them. Pretty much ANY rally will take him down easily simply because voting Mario is so boring. Most of the people voting Undertale including myself agree that Mario is probably technically the better game, it's just that having Undertale win is so much more fun. I think Pokemon will bring Undertale to a screeching halt though. A lot of the tumblr people coming in to vote Undertale will find themselves hard pressed to vote it against the king of nostalgia, |

Pokemon literally is most of the Undertale supporters childhoods. I fully expect it to stomp undertale into the ground making the stats look hilarious. |

don't get why people seem to be so against any discussion of these
matches with rallied entrants. Are we supposed to not discuss any match
with Undertale in it? Zelda fans (or people convinced Link will win
again) don't get so upset when people talk about an FFVII upset. That's
