Oblivion, Skyrim, Witcher 3 and KotOR are also basically PC RPGs.
Especially if you treat it as a genre (PC RPG vs. Console RPG used to be
how they were defined rather than JRPG vs. WRPG). There's Undertale

finally got around to working out the Undertale vote data. There seemed
to be around 1K extra votes in the first hour, so the rally started
early, but Undertale really started to take off at 0:55 (or just before
the end of the Power Hour). So I will take numbers pre-0:55 and after. Here are the vote totals for polls on the previous 3 weekdays to the Undertale poll. PollID - 0:55 total votes - End total votes 6114 - 3398 - 33294 6110 - 3566 - 36920 6106 - 3636 - 37103 6102 - 3598 - 37736 Here's the results for each entrant at 0:55 and final, and total votes: Pokemon 0:55 - 52.53% - 4531 Pokemon End - 62.67% - 78653 Sonic 2 0:55 - 62.29% - 4365 Sonic 2 End - 66.71% - 74183 Undertale 0:55 - 29.81% - 4318 Undertale End - 55.74% - 81673 SMW 0:55 - 66.1% - 4510 SMW End - 68.25% - 76895 I calculated the number of expected votes without the a couple ways. First by taking the poll 6114 post-0:55 rate, which gave me a lower expectation for expected votes, then by assuming votes would have kept coming it at the rate they did for the first 0:55 using poll 6106. So the bounds for each match in terms of expected votes were: Match - Projected Low - Projected High Pokemon/SMB3 - 34427 to 46236 Sonic/UC2 - 34261 to 44542 Undertale/FO3 - 34214 to 44062 SMW/FFVIII - 34406 to 46022 Long story short, here are the extra vote %ages for each winner based on the projected low vote totals, and projected high vote totals: Pokemon R/B - 70.56% to 77.13% Sonic 2 - 70.51% to 73.36% Undertale - 74.44% to 86.12% SMW - 69.99% to 71.45% --- www.gamefaqscontests.com www.gamefaqscontests.com/gallery |

FF6/WW suggests that TTYD and KOTOR were about equal I mean really, FF6/WW feels about in line with my expectations. it's just that CT reset them yesterday. --- xyzzy |
