the Nintendo Nostalgia Defense Force in full effect during some of the
duels. This contest has deviated from what its supposed to be, since the
beginning. It should have been made to be in regard of every specific
console, not a mix over of every game made since the 80s. Mass Effect losing to Smash Bros. Wii U? ffs lolll Fallout 3 losing to... Undertale? Its just to be cool to hate critically acclaimed games. Grand Theft Auto V losing to Super Mario RPG?? GTA: San Andreas losing to Chrono Cross??? World of Warcraft losing to Chrono Cross?!? Lmao, get outta here... MGS3 is really sucking it up, too. It apparently can't even break 60%
on Bioshock, a game that did worse against Silent HIll than Vice City did on it. And keep in mind RE4 got over 65% on Vice City in Game of the Decade. --- "Ah, a party! We haven't had one of those. It could be fun! So... what is a party?" "Well, you drink punch and eat CAKE! ...I think." |

yeah that Ocarina match will be great! I think this is more ME2 being exposed than Starcraft being a giant. I do have to say though - the last two days have redeemed FF8 to some extent. Mario World might just be a monster. --- xyzzy |

To be fair, SotC isn't looking great itself against a new western game, but we have five MGS games in the bracket and not a single one has posted a good result yet. SotC doesn't even look good either. Less than 63% on RDR. And while MGS3 has 59% on Bioshock, RE4 is only projected for 63% on Bioshock Infinite. All the semifinalist contenders here (and a few new ones) still have a solid argument to the semis - if only because of the relative lack of strength they've all shown! --- Welcome to the League of Stickies. |

let's just get it out there GTA does better than expected on Mario RPG and maybe Chrono Cross depending on your opinion there Bioshock's hanging tight with MGS3 after a bad r1 performance in which is went below GTA: Vice City Starcraft is showing it isn't weak and FF8 rocked it in 09 screw you Undertale!
