40% (read: 38.41%) update is more a curiosity to laugh at than anything
truly shocking, by the way; our abysmal votals combined with the dead
zone means that there's a massive amount of potential variance these

I just checked the results. This is what I have to say: 1st match=OOT is doing very well. I don't know what people expected. Suikoden 2 is an JRPG after all. 2nd match=I thought Okami was the favorite? Yeah FF9 is an JRPG but still. 3rd match=DK2 wins another match? 4th match=SOTN as expected. I don't have anything more to say. --- Why do we exist?What happens when we stop existing? |

This
is the worst performance from OoT/Link ever. 74% on Suikoden? What the
hell. That compares so badly to 78% on Halo or 81% on Dragon Quest. The
only thing I can think of for this is that Nintendo fans have been
leaving the site because of the failure of the Wii U and the fact that
those who stay just end up getting trolled on the Wii U board by PS4
users. Of course that doesn't make sense when you look at all the other
results from Nintendo and OoT's first round. I mean OoT is still
bringing in the voters, its easily the most popular poll. It could be
anti votes but I cant believe anti votes would be this overwhelming. |

Guess Suikuden is just underrated. Or Hearthstone is just that weak. Really though, is it even possible for Hearthstone to be that freaking weak? I mean, it's not like it's an indie game. |
Well
next round will be the main test for OoT. Cant really say too much
until then. If it drops another egg then it will be extremely fortunate
to be on this side of the bracket with no competition. It will make the
final whatever happens, face Undertale and there will be no real
evidence of it vs FF7 or CT either way =/ |

I think a lot of people voted for OoT when they would usually vote against it. Why? Everyone remembers Draven. I think most votes went towards OoT to prevent that happening again. |

Funny how things work, people were scared of Destiny and Hearthstone having rallies. And of all things, it's Undertale who got it. Also Twitch rallies will never work. Big channels chat go way too fast to ever be read and url are blocked anyways. (And the chat is horrible so a lot of people don't even display it). I mean if a streamer himself put the link and blocked the chat so it doesn't scroll down , maybe but I don't think anyone would/could do that. (edited 11/25/2015 4:02:34 AM)report |

Well I only remember a topic about Undertale > ME3 where the creator barely believed it himself , 90 % of the replies were "No way" and the only ones thinking it was even possible were saying it would barely beat ME3, if ME3 gets a lot of antivotes and the whole serie has fallen off. I mean after the first round, it was logical to think it could beat Fallout 3 but before, the idea of an Undertale rally was mostly seen as a joke I think. |

funny thing: I had DKC2 getting to round 3 at first, but then Board 8
convinced me it was supposed to be the weakest of the 4-pack and I
decided not to bet 3 points on it. SO I have FE > DKC2. Damn it. |

is at least a minor rally for suikoden that I know of. Probably only
contributing a couple of hundred votes though. I asked them to do it
last round as I thought it would be close, I didn't think they would
keep track and post again this round. It has 174 likes and 42 comments right now. The page itself has 27k likes but I highly doubt most of them pay attention to it since posts rarely take off with likes/comments. vote totals up?) and that Suikoden 2 got more exposure than its maybe
ever gotten by being re-released for $10 on PSN within the past year.
All that with dat 90s love and this probably isn't the doomsday scenario

If
we assume a normal match between OoT/Suikoden II would have had 39k
votes and if 100% of the extra votes went to Suikoden II then it should
have gotten around 18.06% The number looks a lot better, but that's quite the assumption.
