Shocked to read the Analysis Crew went full Kingdom Hearts. Think board 8 was reading too much into FFVIII's perceived underperformance against GTA; the two fanbases are quite distinct and FFIX is on the up. |

What are the chances oot gets 91% before the end? Given it's rating, it's active board, and it's position in the top 100, it should have enough fans to keep this close. I can only assume that they're not voting. I don't think that Suikoden II could get more than 12% on Ocarina. Honestly I think it has to do with actual playrate amongst the entire userbase on the site. Sure MH4U has a small devoted following but most of the site hasn't even played Monster Hunter. I would bet more people on this site have played Suikoden II and even if they haven't it seems like it has a LOT more cred in the gaming community so would probably land more votes by default from non-players of either series. is amazing, and I am shocked kingdom hearts couldn't beat ff9 of all
things with its day vote. This isn't over yet but I was expecting kh to

I disagree, GameFAQs is huge, even the most popular boards are probably visited by less than 10% of active users and just because no one goes to a board of an old games doesn’t mean it wasn’t liked. My thought was either it clobbering Planescape that much harder, or something down the bracket like Virtue's Last Reward or Cave Story. Torment broke 20% on Smash 4. That would be good for over 8% even if
Smash 4 was at the fodder-line. It's going to be very weak but should

The problem is anything before the new millenium doesn't have enough ratings from when it came out. MMX is one of the best platformers (and games ever) much better than all Arkham games. |

I've been here since Day 1 of the first contest so I have great respect for the 90% mark. I don't even think OoT beats Adventure as hard as TLoZ did for example, just because the super-classics are less prone to anti-votes.
