Arca9ine, Josh5890, funkyfritter, NotSnowske, Doncloud1, BlockWatcher,
JDTAY, Vitocos, Riot55555, Vascela, shadeling_night, junglebob22,
Xl_FullMetal_lX, coreekymon, ChaosProphet, itzzsinned, shinmiroku,
Brasen and Ralsar1 had at least one of Skyrim, Goldeneye, Metroid Prime
or HL2 losing. 3 people got one match wrong and survived. Former second place Lokarin, former third place big_pimper and ymihere387 got one of the four matches wrong. --- No amount of rallying would let me beat raytan7585. Congrats to raytan7585 for winning the CB9 Guru Contest! |

That's
what I'm talking about, FFT!! To me, this match was never in doubt.
Back in 2004, FFT was dead even with Metal Gear Solid which broke 70% on
Resident Evil. I know RE2 > RE and the site's opinions have shifted
and shifted back since then, but that's a lot of ground for RE2 to make

is a whole different thing than RE2. I don't even think the fanbases
overlap that much. The old school/new school argument between Resident
Evil fans gets hostile. |

MGS/GE was hotly debated for a long time. Probably not anymore. MGS3 and RE4 are, what, dang near around the same level of strength based on GOTD? MGS shouldn't have trouble with RE4 unless MGS has taken a dive or MGS3 really became the strongest MGS game before GOTD and never looked back. MGS is significantly stronger than MGS3 naturally (it is), it doesn't

is going to beat MGS 80-20 because A) I picked against it and MGS
always finds a way to piss in my mouth well before the later rounds and

suppose if you wanna use 2009, MGS and FFX are pretty close to equals
in that contest (FFX probably falls to RBY with around the same
percentage as MGS if SSBM isn't there to doubly leech it). And of course, FFX throttled RE4 in a humiliatingly easy loss for the latter. I'm still reeling at how easily it went down. --- Welcome to the League of Stickies. |
