I'm not concerned for R/B at all. X/Y is new and a lot of the nostalgia
fans don't care for it. Combined with SFF it's not that surprising. And

the thing: Paper Mario fits my expectations of being an early
vote/bracket vote kind of game. Symphonia is weathering that storm and
going 50/50 now. it sure seems like this will turn soon. Symphonia's more of a day vote game than a night vote game, but it's also an early vote darling. it just doesn't have the brackets. that thing is a tossup but I'd probably rather have Symphonia. I hate watching a bracket vote game lose steam. Xenogears wants to convince me that it isn't totally dead. I'm not buying it! --- xyzzy |

My point is the formula has been so overdone at this point that X/Y does not hold the same unique place in people's memories. Also a lot of people do not like the newer style or that there's like 1000 Pokemon now. I remember all of the Pokemon from R/B but I barely know any after GSC.
