My
rally aside, I would take SMM over just about any other newcomer in
this contest. Maybe if the contest was held a year from now, it would
be much weaker, but there is no way all the excitement over the game is
dwindling by the end of this contest. |

You're
talking about a poll that was before the game even came out and people
had a chance to play it, not a great indicator of contest strength imo.
Besides which, it still did pretty well, second to the highly
anticipated MGS sequel. But I wouldn't put much stock in a poll like
that. |

know it's not fair but I can't help but to compare SMM to Street
Fighter IV in the second game contest. Very well recieved game just

I
only just realized that Fallout 4 is getting released during the
contest. I'm assuming that will give Fallout 3 a boost, but does anyone
have any thoughts on exactly on strong that would make it? I'm not sure
about trusting the GotD stats here, but if FO3 is close to that, it

In
isolation, I could sort of buy FO3 having been as strong as its Brawl
loss in GotD indicated, but taking it at face value makes the entire top
quarter of the bracket look fishy. FO3 also had New Vegas's release going for it that contest although I'd think Fallout 4 would be much bigger. --- [NO BARKLEY NO PEACE] |

noticed GameFAQs got rid of the Giant Bomb section on the homepage.
For reference, this was the homepage only 2 days ago with the Giant Bomb

Failure to comply with this will result in us reporting the issue to the admins. Just because it's in the rules, doesn't mean that people won't do it anyway. People make throwaway accounts all the time. And think of the type of people who would care enough about vote rallying to break their own subreddit's rules (the same people who joined here just to troll B8 for weeks and then never came back after the contest ended). --- Hey man, LlamaGuy did encrypt the passwords. If
you are worried, just keep an eye on the subreddit and report any
problems. Sign up for an account to do so if you need to. Just don't do
anything that breaks their rules like try and organize mass downvoting.

to today's poll. Actually, today's poll is starting out with even worse
vote totals than yesterday's poll. At least today's poll is a re-run
of a past poll and when we had this poll back in 2013, the vote totals
were only slightly worse than average. Based on the same poll from
2013, today's poll should be projected to get 18931 votes, but the
actual vote totals we're seeing right now would put this poll on track

guess Vote-Ins are still possible, but tomorrow's poll won't be a
Vote-In. It would be easily possible for Allen to run Vote-Ins at the
same time that he is slowly revealing the bracket over the course of
several days. Allen slowly revealed the bracket for the previous
contest by starting out with the 1 seeds first and slowly revealed the

worry Luster, the people who have strong opinions on charging stations
for wireless controllers are a strong vocal minority, and even if the
rest of the world is apathetic they'll make their stances on charging
stations for wireless controllers be heard. This epidemic of apathy
