Oh yes, I forgot about the CODECs in Brawl. I sincerely hope Snake wins this at this point if only so Hayter isn't disappointed. the match close, which motivates Snake rallies, and it keeps Draven from

I'm
amazed at the impact of the Hayter tweet. Only 50K followers and this
much of an impact?? My god. An AJ Lee tweet would have a much bigger

That (commenting and discussing matches) is something I did all contest. There comes a point where analysis isn't meaningful anymore, though. Right now, all that's left is to go out and fight for the side you want to see win. For the record, back when Link and Draven hadn't had their match yet, I called that they'd have a really close one, even though no one believed it and people called me stupid for saying Link couild be rallied and pushed up. So Draven seems to be SLOWLY dropping, while Snake is increasing at quite a pace. I expected Draven to blow out the poll like he did last round while Snake and Samus fought for scraps. Instead Snake is making a run to win. We need the usual MGS clutch to give Snake the win. --- I just beat Metroid: Other M, and while I loved the game it turned out to be completely not worth thinking over it for years. |
Eh,
really, the key here is if Draven's rally can sustain itself. If it
can, Draven probably wins because his well is a lot deeper than Snake's.

Yes this is definitely true. "Keeping the morale up" is a HUGE factor. If Snake ralliers think it's over...then yeah, it's over. But as long as Snake keeps this close, he's got a shot. And the fact that he's *cutting* at what should be Draven's most absolutely dominant time definitely keeps hope alive. I mean Draven is still the big favorite, the Hayter tweet should die off. Snake's
day vote isn't as good as Link's obviously (no one really competes with
Link there), but his day this year was considerably better than it has

real key is going to be whether the contest gets mentioned during the
LoL World Championship stream today. Last year 8,000,000 unique viewers
watched the stream in some capacity, and just a few months ago (All-Star
Game) 18,000,000. |
