Looks like this contest has brought people to new lows.

You're probably better off trying to get AJ Lee to post something about it and it's pretty likely that any sort if request would simply get buried in between all the nonsense tweets she probably gets on a daily basis.

Despite there being too many Pokemon for my liking already, I would really like to see Magikarp in another contest with a better draw.

Also, regarding this Draven thing... this got ugly really quickly. He erased Mewtwo's lead in just over half an hour. The f***? I'm glad I managed to win a prize in these contests before Allen let them be ruined and controlled by outside forces.

Next Character Battle will be great. I plan on nominating a bunch of LoL characters I've never heard of so that after 2 rounds its purely a LoL tournament. Fun times.

I wonder, could you somehow get a rally on 9gag? Nobody hates Reddit more than 9gaggers, so if you could get anyone to anti-vote Draven it would be them.

Yeah I didn't want to give him attention but after seeing his comment combined with his username I saw red with anger and hoped posting it here would have a chance of someone doing something about it.

Rally being allowed was the fair thing to do. Sucks for Mewtwo, but I guess now he gets the chance to prove himself!

People say this every 2nd match but continue to care. The contest was down the drain a long time ago but the precedent for future contests is whats of major concern.
Adding a banner link for the rest of the site to see was a great move from Allen but if he actively went to Reddit mods looking for the rally thread to be brought back up it just removes every bit of positivity that brings.
If he's really intent on turning character battles into an RNG rally em'up kind of deal then there is no future. He'll continue letting weird rally candidates into brackets, bend over backwards to cater for Reddit and stick with multi-ways.

Also we can blame them for facilitating and encouraging it. Without the reddit rallies this wouldn't have happened. Obviously personal fault is on the user alone, but this was brought out by the scenario. Look what all this has led to, seriously.

If we're blaming the facilitator then surely it should be SBAllen? This is the kind of thing that happens when you invite outsiders in knowing the locals won't welcome them.

It's something I tried to explain to a lot of people that thought other games were more popular. LoL is, bar none, the most popular game in the world. This is barely a fraction of their userbase on a monthly basis. The game itself is absolutely ridiculous in terms of just how popular it is.

Well it wouldn't really be "we" who is doing it, just one messed up guy. But man, even we don't have trolls here that are that bad. Like, what, we're gonna say Strahax or Pesmerga is doing it? Nah.

Reading through the previous topics, I really wish I was here around 2:30. We were probably seeing some hilarious updates.
