Allen, please take this as proof that you've mismanaged this horribly: Your userbase is now, only half-jokingly, accusing you of taking down your own website to further your own goals. And there is at least a little bit of circumstantial evidence that makes the theory somewhat credible. Do I believe it? Not even for a minute. Draven is still getting some outside help, and he's being bandwagoned on top of that. He beat Link, for crying out loud. The site has taken notice. I get it as a rallying beacon against Reddit, but I'm a bit confused that so many people think this is a Reddit word.. I can go to work or to the bar after the Maple Leafs lose and it's not at all unusual to hear the word thrown out in conversation to mean aggravated/annoyed. He's
probably a little stronger but Seph and Mewtwo are a lot stronger than
Jak and Chie too. I don't think 20-30 per 5 is unrealistic given how
much the competition has ramped up. That's probably somewhere around
what he would've been getting on MMX/Ryu based on the opening of the
match-- and Mewtwo + Seph are a bit stronger than that pair. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

NM4 posted... So where does Mega Man/Charizard rank in best matches of all time? High. Capcom ignored him, SB set him up, and we doubted him...but in a killer year for Pokemon and a terrible year for the Noble Nine, Mega Man wins a handicap-match in the final minutes over Charizard despite its excellent debut last contest. vs Draven with no reddit rally threads would be pointless. Link lost
by 750 votes through a rally killing downtime and multiple huge surges
during the day. He'd run Draven into the ground like the terrible meme

Mega Man/Charizard is Mega Man's best match. Ever. He has nothing more impressive on his resume. Sephiroth/Mega Man? No, Sephiroth only got 53% on a pre-Metroid Prime Samus that year. Mega Man/Sonic? Hell no. Mega Man coming so close to losing to Sonic was an embarrassment considering how much stronger he had been historically to the hedgehog. Mega Man/Zero/Charizard knocks it all out of the park. He beat what was considered pre-contest to easily be the strongest Pokemon (and at worst, he's Zelda level) with the worst anchor imaginable holding him down. Butthurt
is just more dumb internet vernacular. Like if things don't go your way
and someone on the internet calls it "butthurt" - the real world
expression for that is being a sore loser. Very simple test! If you feel like saying a word you only see on the internet... imagine you're using that word while picking up some chick at the gym. It's amazing how desperately these LoL people care about this contest more than people who've been following them for 10 years!! *Endless rally threads *DDoS attack (oh, "might have been" a DDoS attack) *Almost surely levels of stuffing we have never before seen *Literal bribery with actual money for Draven votes *Complete rage when their mods start deleting their rally threads I don't get it. WHY do these people care about our contests more than we do?? We sit here and try to use stats and logic to figure out an internet popularity contest...yet they are more emotionally affected by results than us!
