snoocete, but I do think that Red > Blue by a reasonable margin.
It's a shame that we won't really get a proper read on either Red or
Blue due to SFF in both their decisive matches (assuming Red wins this,
and MM loses to the Zard), especially Red. Maybe not a juggernaut, but
strong enough to take out a leeched Squall...probably? God knows with
this contest. |

Red
should have this easy. The FF fans will be divided over FFVIII and cost
them, whereas Red has the Pokemon strength behind him. Although an
actual Pokemon might be stronger, the trainers can still do quite well
when on their own. |

If
Red is close to Blue in strength - say 55-45 - I think Squall has a
real good shot. I don't believe a trainer would get the crazy rallies

Squall
and Vivi are going to get killed. Blue, who should be weaker than Red,
probably had the chops to beat Sora in a neutral match. A Square
character couldn't get it done against Pokemon despite all the
advantages in the world. Now a lone Pokemon character has all the
