I would have started up a rally on 4chan, but I got banned on there for asking them to upvote my Missingno rallies on Reddit during the Squall match. The ban was supposed to last for one week, but it's been past one week and it hasn't expired yet. Someone will have to post the rally instead.

...I don't get it. Is Reddit's topic voting system so sacred that 4CHAN thinks that tampering with it is going too far and warrants a 1-week ban? Meanwhile, the Internet feels free to ruin the GameFAQs character battle all you want.

4chan bans any form of Reddit shilling for the most part.

Looks like Samus had a massive board push to keep her over L, unneeded as it was.

...we may be able to kind of use the stats for this match! Samus/Tifa is projected to be a 56.5-43.5 affair, so depending on how much you think Tifa's dropped (...or risen?) that's a decent barometer if Tifa doesn't get abandoned here.

If Tifa gets second I'll punt L-Block. I had Tifa in second until recently when I saw someone mention that L-block beat Auron (which I totally forgot about).

I considered taking Tifa second, but I figured if the rallies showed up, L-Block would be pushing for first. I almost just went Samus>bank>bank, but if I was going to risk 27 points, I figured I'd risk the whole thing, since I'm now 30-something points behind the leaderboard again.

I'm gonna stop using projections because now the results are going to be polluted and useless, but based on that if it would normally hold over 24 hours (no clue), I'd guess Tifa's dropped a bit but not too much. So Samus would probably be around Snake 2010 level.

Yeah, early vote suggests that Tifa's actually in pretty good shape relative to the rest of FFVII, I think.

There's probably a couple of big reasons why she wouldn't decline as roughly as the rest. I wonder if she could handle Sephy in a rematch...!
