you can accept that rallying is what made the contests what they are,
from the very first contest. Remember Penny Arcade? We'd never have
blown up as big as we did if an outside force hadn't intervened and

have we simply entered an age where TONS of people find an archived
GameFAQs topic on Google, read it to get their answer, and then leave

I see no reason to disbelieve that the homepage traffic is suffering more than the rest of the site though. It's common sense that most people who find this site through Google or whatever are searching for help with some specific game and get linked to that game's page. Squirtle
is the best hope of having a Pokemon in the finals, finally. Mewtwo has
Draven, and Charizard and Red will kill each other. Snake/Squirtle/Sora
will likely be too much for Squirtle, but he has the best odds. |

will say that anecodotally, most people I know who are into video games
(as it happens, I've became acquainted with most of them through League
of Legends) rely on google searches to find information about them,
regardless of whether it's a problem with League, a perk in CoD, a
secret in Fallout, a persona in Persona, or some long forgotten fact
about a game they played 20 years ago (all examples from fairly recent

The argument, since wayyyyy back in the CJayC era, has always been "Anyone can win a battle on any given day, it just depends on who shows up to vote". We thought this was a joke and paid it no mind, but now that it turns out it's true people get mad about it? Makes no sense to me. i dont get is why people don't just vote for who they like instead of
