guess I'm now supporting L-Block to win the contest. But that wouldn't
redeem this. Not even close. It's one thing to win with rallying,
even 50,000 rallied votes. A DDOS attack plus blatant stuffing- this is

It
did not matter who won the match to me. Link would've helped my main
bracket ' draven my expert. So far behind in both neither matter. Just
wanted to say how bad this match made draven look. We saw earlier today
that unrallied draven is about equal to Shepard. And that's after he
earned joke status in round two. The character to possibly beat the king
always gains strength as they go. Ex. L block. So unrallied draven
about equal to Shepard. So he gained about forty thousand rallied votes.
How many fodder characters would beat link with forty thousand free
votes. I'd say alot. --- Always move fast, you never know who's catching up! |

A rundown: Draven jumps out to a 6000 vote lead overnight, mostly on the back of r/lol. Drama occurred involving reddit moderators. Link slices 2000 votes off the lead before the site goes down for an hour and a half. Prior to the site going down Link was cutting at a pace of over 950 votes per hour. SBAllen claimed the downtime was coincidental and no stuffing was occurring. Link got the lead down to 2900 with just under 10 hours to go until a rally was posted on the official LoL forums with the topic creator giving out free Riot Points if Draven won. This pushed the lead back to just over 5000 votes. At some point while this was going on, SBAllen posted in the stat topic, fed up with all the criticism/flaming, and left for the night. Link went back to cutting with about 5 hours to go and a 5000 vote deficit. Pro Wrestler Trent Barretta tweeted asking voters to vote for Link. Draven stalled just enough in the final hours to halt Link's comeback 750 votes short. --- sc2us: MileS.151 |
