Charizard lost to Zelda, that would be totally wacked. Squirtle beat
Dante handily, and Charizard has to be stronger than Squirtle. There's

There's no hope for Zelda. it's as simple as this. this is why I'm not even a little worried about the Zard. if 2010's run never happened at all and this was the Zard's first contest appearance and all we had to go on was his round 1 and Squirtle's 2 rounds and our personal knowledge that Charizard was probably stronger than Squirtle...he'd still be the favorite here. he doesn't need any of his bandwagon matches to be worthwhile. --- Leafs / Raptors / Blue Jays / TFC / Argos / Tottenham We'll get 'em next year. |

Predicting the Rest of the Contest a contest post by Yoblazer Charizard > Zelda > DK After all we've seen, there is nothing else to expect from such a match. The big Pokemon (Char/Squirt/Blast/Pika/Mewtwo) may be above Ganon/Zelda and the Mario B-Tier on the SFF ladder. Kinda crazy. Draven > Link > Shepard Link's hope rest not in his own rallies, but in somehow stopping Draven's. It's just hard to see that happening no matter what plans Board 8 cooks up, and I expect a blowout by the eventual champ because of it. Mewtwo > Sonic > Bowser I'm pretty clueless about this one, so why the f*** not. Not like it really matters in the next round. Kirby > Sephiroth > Big Boss I was called crazy. Now I'm just a dude supporting a very viable underdog. Solid Snake > Kefka > GlaDOS Snake flexes his muscles yet again. Guess what: he's f***ed next round. Squirtle > Cloud Strife > Leon Kennedy And Cloud is f***ed this round. Sora > Pikachu > Blue No amount of PokeFear can change this result. Sora dances to the tune of the most fortuitous bracket setup any one entrant has seen in some time. Samus Aran > L-Block > Tifa Like Sonic vs. Mewtwo, this is one of the few I'm least sure about (yes, I'm more confident in Cloud and Sephiroth losing to B-tier Nintendo). The ORIGINAL block can take advantage of a favorable setup and hilarious Stand Out Factor to win. Coin flip imo. Red > Squall > Vivi Not quite as favorable as Sora's setup because Red might have the legit power to beat either of these guys in a fair match (doubt Sora can do that against Pikachu), but still a guaranteed win for the quiet kid in the red baseball cap. Charizard > Mega Man > Zero The second lucky draw for Pokemon in as many matches. Hard to see the zard dropping this. Draven > Mewtwo > Kirby Another smashing. THE CHAMP IS HURR. Squirtle > Solid Snake > Sora If the little squirt beats Cloud, he's the favorite to take out Snake in a neutral match, and Sora is about as neutral an opponent as you can expect this late in the game. Samus Aran > Charizard > Red Samus is the last Noble 9er left standing in a hot mess of a contest. If L-Block beats her instead, it should have a similarly easy time advancing to the finals. Draven > Squirtle > Samus The long kiss goodnight.
