Lightning Strikes posted... My main argument for Tharja over Chrom, beyond this match, is the fact that among people who have played Awakening, she is easily more popular. Chrom isn't super liked, and we know from cases like FFX that character popularity is important. Tharja on the other hand, is neck and neck with Lucina for the title of most popular character in that game. not buying it, Tharja is also much more hated than Lucina (admittedly, Chrom isn't the most well-liked lord or anything...) |

really do think Tharja could win over Chrom because of pic factor. I

It's
not like Chrom is suffering from Tidus/Zidane syndrome, he is actually
pretty well-liked by the fanbase. Main character tends to be the

Okay,
checking again, Recette dropped off a bit and got doubled by Kratos.
The fact that he struggled to break 60% for a while shows something

That should be a good enough measure of The Boss' worth since those are two other characters people like throwing around as the fodderline. |

isn't any good, she just got really lucky. She got the worst threepack
and now her pic and quote are working together to allow her to

Tharja's
still the weakest character in the 2nd Round, she's just not horrible

Personally
speaking I'd say Lucina is barely the strongest FE Awakening
characters. She's a big fanfavorite like Tharja but with less hate
Tharja gets (which isn't A LOT but still a factor) I wouldn't be
surprised if Chrom and Tharja and maybe Lucina are pretty close --- Want any VNs pre-patched? PM me. List of VNs can be found by clicking on my username. |

think Yoshimitsu's weaker than her. and possibly Spyro or G&W,
though Spryo looked so good in round 1 he's probably above his 2002
