Common Stats Topic Lingo Defined*~ SFF (Same Fanbase Factor) - Same Fanbase Factor is the theory that, if two contestants share a common fanbase, the weaker of the two options will underperform in a direct matchup. For instance, Link was expected to defeat Ganon with 65% of the vote in 2004, based on their 2003 values. Instead, Link collected near 88% of the vote. This is the best example of SFF we've ever seen. However take some SFF labels with a grain of salt, as many people will slap it onto any match that doesn't make perfect sense. Extrapolated Standings - The mathematical "strength" of a contestant that's determined based on their performance relative to the rest of the field. This number is typically based on the contest entrant's loss, but adjustments are sometimes made. The
worst part of this match is that on an instinctual level I want to see a
Teemo rally materialize sooner rather than later just so I can put to
rest the idea of Palutena beating Teemo, but at the same time I know
it's better it not happen for a while to just help solidify L-Block's

don't think that update was rallying because L-Block still went up in
percentage. Any significant rallying is going to hurt L-Block's

Seeing how much everyone here loces Kid Icarus Uprising always makes me sad that I have such issues with the game's controls. |

I can't imagine LoL facing notable anti-voting for a while. At least not as a reaction to its contest successes. I really have a hard time believing anyone not from Board 8 would look at Teemo and anti-vote on the grounds that Draven rallied to victory. just found L-Block boring from the beginning. It tore the contest up,
but in a way that would only lessen the impact of any future contest. It
essentially came down to exploiting the format of the contest. And
L-Block is in no way a character, and its inclusion was a dumb one-off
joke that for some reason gained traction. If we could get a legitimate
character doing the same thing L-Block did, that'd be amazing. Draven
