can certainly understand the rationale for taking Squall. One would
think he'd be right around Crono's level, Missingno barely beat Crono
last time, and if L-Block is any indication, joke entrants burn out
after their first contest (it's no longer funny or something). I think

You're seriously taking a non-Noble Niner to take the European vote from an FFVI character? I've been mapping out this contest, and I find that risky. kinda surprised to hear Missingno is the favorite here, even after
other FF8 characters have stunk it up. I see Missingno as a one time
joke character who then falls back down to earth like L Block, WCC did

Honestly
if you expect the kind of drop off in strength L Block had and apply it
to Missingno, you're looking at like... Tidus to beat him. I don't
think it'll quite work out like that, and the glitch should probably be

Yeah
that's what I'm thinking MissingNo does. I think people who are still
here will remember him, and that joke is played out to them. Maybe I
overestimate people's sense of humor though. I actually have him losing to Tidus as the upset, personally. I don't think that's too likely but I do think it's about as likely as him running over Squall. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

L-Block
and WCC are basically random blocks to most of gamefaqs. L-Block didn't
even start out strong at all, it failed to double Laharl in its first

Charizard? He's not my preference but you figure if he got 46% on Mario
that you should be able to replicate some of that lightning in a bottle

Charizard
has a chance to legitimately be stronger than Noble Niners going
forward, not just beat them in the right format/rally. that makes him a lot more interesting to me than "maybe 100000 people from LoL will vote" --- Leafs / Raptors / Blue Jays / TFC / Argos / Tottenham We'll get 'em next year. |

would be the next strongest main FFVI character, Mog is a decent choice
for an iconic vote. After that I don't see the others being worth much.
Sabin/Shadow/Cyan would be the next tier, maybe Setzer since he was

Charizard's
got some work to do to consolidate his strength this year, though. 55%
on Kratos and failing to double Duke Nukem doesn't exactly scream 'Noble

way Hayabusa disappointed this contest is a bad sign for MC. Still,
Yuna and Claire aren't anywhere near their prime... at least, of what we
know of. What if FFX also weakened? Still, I think the low votals will hurt MC more than anybody. Charizard has a chance to legitimately be stronger than Noble Niners going forward I'm scared to death of Charizard now. I'm not feeling good about having picked Zelda now.
