The top tiers look pretty good with theit mid 30s to mid 40s for prediction percentage but that quickly falls into the low 20s as you head down the chart. Interestingly, the lower tiers do quite well and also have mid 30s to 40s for prediction percentage. I wonder if this is because having low contest knowledge made you more likely to side with Catherine since there are too many of them to be failed 0 brackets. Could be due to favourite brackets as well. 8 people fell off the Top 49. frodragon, Hitagi, InvisibleOmega, Masato_Tanaka, MegatokyoED, MrDew, Pondos and Rainerria did not have Catherine winning. 19 people got it wrong and survived. Yup this is about what I expected Seifer to do. A little weaker but still comfortably losing to Celes. Every FF8 character that isn't Squall should be expected to be ass. You want FF8 strength ceiling look at 2002 Squall. Squall would still be around that level if not for KH. And that level is going to be far ahead of the rest of the cast. Well
Kefka, Terra, and now Celes have looked great, but Locke bombed hard. I
suppose them's the breaks when you have a huge ensemble cast, but the
intra-Final Fantasy SFF is just screwy. Rinoa from FF8 performed well

the people who are left on the site are just more nostalgic for the

I am 97% certain Zell would be stronger than Seifer in a contest setting and would be the second strongest FFVIII rep. The site has shifted away from PSX Square and has seemingly shifted towards Old Square. I think characters like Kefka, Cecil, Celes, etc. are just flat out stronger than they have been in the past. Seifer's not a character I see people care about much it doesn't help he loses lots of significance after Disc 1 Celes is actually a fan favorite and many argue how she's the main character in FF6 due to her pretty much leading the World of Ruin --- Want any VNs pre-patched?
