I generally associate jumpy votals with the character been rallied.

#2 shows #1 well, I think. I was surprised at the time Juliet lost that match (nothing against Tharja, who would crack the top half of females in this contest for me) but then realized "oh, gamefaqs."

TJF isn't gonna mean nearly as much in an all-female battle, especially when one of the other females (Tharja) is clearly animated with beauty and sexuality in mind. Juliet may have won a match against Vaas and Handsome Jack, but against Tharja, her advantages were mitigated.
