I hate those matches where you have no idea who will win but it probably won't be close So this is like...waiting for the first post freeze update and go "oh" |
Samus might get 69% wow is this more impressive than Cloud's 66% ? both faced weak opposition but I think Sandbag>Prinny and Armstrong=Isaac |

like how I just got into an obsession with watching reviews of puzzle

Samus
is looking a lot more impressive than Cloud here, but it doesn't really
matter because so far Cloud's the only member of the FFVII-crew to not
embarass himself (aside from maybe possibly Aerith) and there's nothing
aside from completely bombing Samus can do this contest that'll matter. |

feel like people are being a bit unnecessarily condescending towards
this match, all the talk about boobs versus kingdom hearts proxy voting
is a bit ...bleh for my liking. It's a match being contested by
characters from two leads from two of the better games of the
generation. If we believe the site as a whole doesn't care about Dude
McBro's then surely we must believe some of the high quality, less
mainstream games (like TWEWY and Catherine) are held in high and wide
regard here. Otherwise we're looking at a site that just stopped playing

It's
not like people here necessarily dislike Neku and Catherine. Catherine
definitely had a lot of fans around here and I think TWEWY is pretty
well liked as well. The condescending attitude comes from the fact that

For whatever reason, I'm tempted to believe that Samus is catching the "iconic old-school character" boost that the likes of Pac-Man, Spyro, and Crash have caught (and this boost might cancel out any negative effects that Other M has had). Would also explain why Mario characters have performed so well this contest so far. a contest. Yoblazer's placed on more leaderboards than probably anyone
else. Several regulars here won prize-money, myself included. Nobody's infallible, and nobody should treat other people like they are. It's not like we haven't jumped on Ulti's case about arrogance in the past, either, so throw your past credentials to the side and stick to what's ahead.
