just made it too hard for voters to recognize Red as...Red. He should

Seriously
people, would you stop completely overreacting on the first 20 minutes
of a match. This doesn't necesarily mean Pokemon is gonna godstomp this
contest. We've seen several Pokemon already and none of them were super
impressive. And Blue is not destroying Fox, it's not that big a difference between them. He's winning yes, but that's not the same thing. You can't really judge much in this match filled with SFF. --- *2, *8,070,446 Kuroko no Basket *3, *6,495,240 Naruto |

don't know what to think of Corvo there. Either he stands out like a
sore thumb, or he blends into the background and is invisible as a
result. Probably the latter. Sissel is so beating him. Though someone told me earlier that Corvo is in exactly the same position as pre-HL2 Gordon Freeman, which I confirmed is not correct thanks to my brother who actually plays Dishonored. --- Currently Playing - Super Metroid, MGS4, Brawl, FFVII, Wind Waker, RE4, SOTC |

Yeah,
exactly. % inflation. Crono god stomped them both into the ground, he
more than tripled both of them. So a few hundred votes probably took a %

Setting
Missile's votes equal to Kerrigan's (and without any rallies I'd wager
he's worth less), that's a difference of a significant chunk of
percentage alone in this format. Crono did fine even assuming Kerrigan

Can
we stop saying this is down to SFF and standout factor and all that
crap and accept Blue is damn good. He's beating Fox and Wolf combined.
Before the match quite a few people were predicting him to get less than
40%, saying he wouldn't do much, now he is doing a lot and people

expected Blue to win, though not by this much.... also surprised that
Fox is doing this well against Wolf, though that's probably silly of me,
considering how weak Wolf probably is. --- Menji has reclaimed what was his by rights. I was more of a man with his than with my own combined. ##Alec |
Red
has problems similar to ZSS when he gets a SSBB or FRLG picture. It
doesn't really looks that much like how he looks in RBY. You can
literally find people who treat SSBB Pokemon Trainer and Red as
completely different characters. He has a second problem of his name not
being very recognizable. Almost everyone who plays Pokemon changes the
trainer name to either their own name or something else. On top of that,
Red is only one of the default names in Red/Yellow (not Blue!) and it
isn't even the most popular one (Ash is). *Pokemon GSC spoilers* Red's official name comes from being the true final boss of Pokemon GSC. GSC is strong but it's not RBY and you have to get to the very end to see it. I've said stuff like this before and I really wish I stuck to this line of thinking and the belief that Red got screwed by his pictures when I made my bracket. I think I scared myself off it by convincing myself that Blue and Red couldn't be more popular than popular Pokemon when there is no real reason they can't. --- Pokemon VGC2013 BC Regional - 16th place Pokemon VGC2013 US National - 39th place |

It's
not like this makes him amazing or anything, hed be beat Fox 1 on 1
with about 52-53% probably assuming he gets any of wolfs votes. Which
makes a pretty strong mid carder, nothing too crazy. |

Assume that all of Wolf's votes would have otherwise gone to Fox, that Blue's percentage will level off, and thus Blue = Fox. Assume that Pac-Man has been continually underrated and assume that he maintains his performance with Ocelot, which puts Drake on par with Red.
