Has it ever been checked out, by the way, if bracket votes affect day matches more than night matches? It would make sense. I assume most bracket-makers are from America, which gets a much higher percentage in day polls. I know it can't actually be tracked because there is no way to tell precisely how many bracket votes there are, but there are ways to guess where the discrepancies come from. |
Still when you are making your bracket you are much more likely to have heard Final Fantasy or Metroid than Mystic Ninja. So how's this for a lopsided percentage? Doing the geolocation stats on Dante/Laharl/Raz, and Dante got 94.74%
in Egypt. While 100% isn't uncommon for some of these countries that
only produce one or two votes, a non-100 percentage that high is
impressive. I mean, Snake only managed 94.30% in that infamous match
against Tanner, although Legend of Zelda was able to break 95% against
Adventure. (In case you were wondering, an assumption of fewest possible votes would suggest that 19 votes came out of Egypt, 18 of them for Dante and 1 for Laharl.) --- RIP GrapefruitKing and Emporer_Kazbar. You will be missed. |

I just switched my Expert to Ridley>Zidane. Of course, 23 more
minutes means I can still change half a dozen times more. |

But Crono was never anywhere near as strong as Cloud. You need the anti-votes/Cloud drop/Dissidia boost to make up a ton of ground there. |
