I think we can agree GNF is highly dependent on the quality/exposure of the game It probably only very rarely comes into effect, like with today's match. That liiiittle bit of GNF is helping push Joe, methinks. He'd be a bit weaker if he was named "Super Sentai Red" or something else that isn't "Viewtiful Joe." --- ~Zen |

It's weird that most people seem to only care about the winner. "Link always wins, who cares about the rest?" How can you have that mindset? Everyone seems to want instant gratification these days. Neku/Catherine/Vaas this match is still confusing to me Catherine has dat Game Name Factor, dat TJF and, surprisingly, fighting game fanbase support, Vaas has a lot of exposure thanks to the Far Cry 3 marketing blitz/just being awesome, and TWEWY is a classic that recently got an iOS port (even though Neku is still pretty weak) Vaas should bomb like all other recent Western guys, and the argument that he's a cool villain and people like him didn't help Handsome Jack much at all. Catherine could go the way of Juliet, except her game has a stronger niche hold than Lollipop Chainsaw (it's Atlus), and people who heard Catherine is p good should vote for her if they don't know the other two. Also, her game was free on PS+ in Europe, so that might boost her there a liiiittle bit. Also boobs. Neku put up 43% on Laharl back in the day. I'm not sure if Catherine will be stronger than Laharl or not. It's arguable. Gonna gestate on all of this but I'm leaning Catherine > Neku > Vaas at this point. think Neku has a fair shot. He came close to Laharl and I don't think
his fans would vote for someone else. His fan base has probably grown.

submitted a nice artsy pic of her sipping wine. Catherine doesn't
actually have mega crazy boobs, she's hot from her personality and how
she carries herself and her sexy clothes, so you have to convey that in a
pic differently than most TJF chicks I mean one of her official art pics is just her eating really gooey cheese pizza and its hotter than any lollipop chainsaw pic --- ~Zen |

know I'm late to the discussion on this one, but it's pretty much flat
out undeniable that Link is weaker now than he used to be if you accept
