Smash
64 failed to get into the first games contest I think because of the
nomination system. Wasn't it set up so you could only vote for one game
for each console? You could only nominate one game for each console, yes. 1._Why isn't Pikachu or Mewtwo or one of the trainers the 3rd most powerful character on the site? Because Charizard is the 3rd most powerful, obviously. I'm only halfway joking. --- [NO BARKLEY NO PEACE] |
It
was also set up so that only one game per series could be represented

seriously wonder what in the world do Melee and Brawl have to offer to

love to see a contest but highly doubt it would happen. Big Boss and
Raiden not having a contest while at the height of their popularity is a
travesty. |

I totally forgot about this site existing today when I decided to check
for April Fools jokes. I take it from the fact that there's only been
150 posts in 2 months that we aren't anywhere near a contest

we're getting some very good vote totals today. At this rate, we could
actually break 50000 votes today. I suspect that today's poll is very
frontloaded - A unusually high number of votes at the beginning of the

Obi-Wan
over Han could be expected, giving the demographic of who uses that
website (mostly kids whose entire experience with Star Wars is the Clone
Wars). The same logic holds true for Yoda over Luke, though for some
reason I was much more shocked by that result (the same logic explains
R2 over Leia but not Chewie over Ahsoka; then again, the fact that
Chewie didn't entirely blow Ahsoka out probably supports my theory too). |

don't have high hopes for Red Angry Bird. Generic character from a
casual-heavy mobile game? With the way GameFAQs is aging? Maybe it
would stand a chance against fodder without wide appeal (Claptrap comes
to mind, though I'm not considering BL2). I wouldn't want to go too
much higher, however, and its recent fame and iconic nature would

wonder if Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale helped Crash at all. He
wasn't in the game, but his name was getting thrown around a lot in
discussion leading to the game's release. For a lot of people it was
