Pokemon
B/W2 is putting a doubling on ME3, so this poll does not represent the
natural strength of each game. Note that Xenoblade got 53.21% against
ME3 in the 3-way poll, while it got 51.15% on Pokemon B/W2 in the JRPG

Pokémon
winning doesn't surprise me a ton. ME3 doesn't really need a
Walkthrough, and the Mass Effect wiki can answer most questions you
might have in regards to decisions pretty easily. Pokémon, however, has
poorer alternatives. Bulbapedia isn't great and doesn't really have
the answers you need for trying to find your way through the game (and
is also slow loading as hell and frequently down, especially after a big
release). Serebii is a good news site and has good information in
regards to what Pokémon are on individual routes and whatnot, but isn't
well organized beyond that. Pokémon also has extensive post-game
content/ and multiplayer content which is tied into the single player
which keeps you coming back to a FAQ. Finding a couple more war
resources or a new gun isn't gonna change much at the end of ME3, but

Borderlands 2 won GOTY, huh? Interesting. I doubt many people saw that coming, but it really is a neat result. Also nice to see Xenoblade looking legit. If we have a CB this year, I could see Shulk being a really fun character to watch. Final Fantasy XIII-2 had the usual trends for Final Fantasy - Terrible board vote and Power Hour, strong night vote and morning vote, but it collapsed once the ASV started. Kingdom Hearts 3D was a game with a strong early morning vote and a strong ASV, but weak everywhere else. Kingdoms of Amalur is apparently an ASV game in this poll, though it has a weak board vote and Power Hour. Persona 4 Golden is strong with the board vote, Power Hour, and both night votes, along with a strong DSV. It performed worst during the early morning vote and the ASV.
