Judging
by the early vote totals so far in today's poll, I think we might end
up with about 34000 votes today. Compare that to yesterday's poll,
which had almost 31000 votes. The higher vote totals in today's poll
reflects the overall combined strength of these games compared to the
games in yesterday's poll, even though Mass Effect 3 is stronger than

Didn't people Learn from 2009? If its a crap game people won't vote for

Great match, especially since XIII-2's wallowing in fifth place or whatever. But it's neat to have such a close match between two games, with a third also being in a decent position to overtake both. Best FF game since FFX. This is a load of bollocks. I would say that more people have played FF13-2 than most of the games on that list. But the game just isn't very good. What about that can people not understand? Battle system is decent but the story and characters are horrific. Some of the worst in an RPG ever. expected this ff13-2 result, and I don't think I'm alone. 13-2 is the
least notable FF release probably ever, excluding spinoffs and handheld
games. that game price bombed to $20 within weeks. if it had some hype
behind it then it could have done well, but everyone is already
skeptical after 13 and 13-2 didn't do anything to convince doubters that
it would be a good game. Dragon's Dogma is impressing me though. it could probably beat D3, ha. --- add the c and back away iphonesience |

Played p4g, voted for it. It is superior to the original in every way. That being said I also rather enjoyed xenoblade chronicles and wish more people got to play both games compared to pokemon, final fantasy and what not! --- When a flag blows in the wind, is it the flag that moves? in 2002, Mario vs Cloud happened the day after Super Mario Sunshine was
released. SMS brought in Mario fans who might not have normally visited
GameFAQs on that day giving Mario and advantage over Cloud. Earlier today, the next generation of Pokemon games was announced. This will increase the number of Pokemon fans that stop by GameFAQs today which gives Pokemon BW2 an advantage over Xenoblade. --- SuperNiceDog was not so nice to my bracket. votes slowly over the last hour. Pokemon's kindergarten ASV augh the day vote will probably make Xenoblade look pretty bad. I doubt Xenoblade has a Symphonia kind of day vote and it would probably need better than that to hang on. --- add the c and back away iphonesience |
Pokemon
has a tiny advantage in North America/USA that will probably trend
upward in its favor during the ASV while Xenoblade's significant
advantage in Europe's will produce fewer votes soon. I'll be impressed

Even if they did play video games, it would be very simple games that are easy to beat (like Super Mario Bros.) which would not require an FAQ. At the time you posted that message, the ASV did not start yet. Pokemon is known to have a bad morning vote. Pokemon's bad morning vote can be explained by older voters (26 and older) being more likely to vote during the morning vote instead of the night vote or the ASV. These older voters are usually voting in the morning since most of them have jobs and they vote in the poll sometime during their work hours. Here was the current results for Pokemon and Xenoblade at 2:30 PM (start of the ASV): Pokemon Black/White Version 2 18.13% 4061 Xenoblade Chronicles 18.97% 4249 The lead was at 188 on the 2:30 PM update. also take Borderlands over ACIII. It seems like the better received
game, and I think it's poll performance was a bit better. It beat Halo 4

Mass Effect 3 Xenoblade Borderlands 2 Assassin's Creed III The Walking Dead Persona 4 Arena XCOM Mario Mario for last. Xenoblade for a great finish; I'm very happy with what it has done today. These may not be strong representatives from rival series, but it's still winning a poll against names like Pokemon, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and Persona.
