you tracking trends for this one too, Luster? Based on that poll and
now, "Never heard of one" dropped a few percentage points during the
night vote, probably to account for both older gamers being up and the

Here were the results at 12:25 AM: Great job bringing that up. I was thinking the exact same thing and wanted to mention it in the topic. Compare the early results of today's poll (before the word change) to this poll from last year: http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=4429 According to that one, the Genesis had a ~47% ownership rate, while it was sitting at nearly 57% today before the wording change. say give it some more time, though I am getting concerned. Once the
Thanksgiving holiday nears GameFAQs is on light updates until after the
New Year, so a Contest doesn't seem likely if its not already started

Hey guys, what's the strongest game from GOTD you'd pick Mass Effect 2 to beat? I think I'd put the game on the same level as Twilight Princess. |

honestly have no clue. Logic dictates it'd be significantly stronger
than Mass Effect, but it's been so long since we've had any read on it
that there's a lot that could have happened. We don't even have Shepard
performances to base anything on (except Shepard/Saren, but that just
says 'Castlevania as a series > Mass Effect 1' if you dare try to
take anything from it, which I don't think A) Would be much of a

released and I wouldn't be surprised if Shepard had a Master Chief-post

the hype and advertising surrounding Mass Effect 2 Shepard was probably
at his peak right at the release before likely taking a fall as some
people who just bought the game came to GameFAQs and never return after a
short while. We've seen this happen before. Also yeah, while Halo 3 may have quiet down now it was one of the biggest releases/advertising campaigns ever. Mass Effect 2 has stayed extremely relevant, while Halo 3 seemed to fall off quickly. While I don't think Shepard fell back to his pre-release strength like Chief more or less did. Mass Effect in general does not feel to be as popular as it was when Shepard lost to Pikachu. Insane
vote totals on this poll at the start of the poll. During an age where
we struggle just to break 550 votes at the freeze, we got almost 700

website has been suspended by his web host. I hope he doesn't lose all
of the data on his website once he gets it back online again. As long
as he backed up everything on his site before it was suspended, than he
doesn't have to worry about losing data if the site ends up losing any
