Then
you have DKC being ruined under the brunt of waggle, and Other
M/Skyward Sword struggling to be technically on par with 8-year senior
installments in their same franchises and yet (rightfully so, since it's
more due to how Prime and WW still have awesome graphics for today) not
getting criticized for it - that last one tells you how little a step

No
one plays the Wii because it doesn't have any games. While your
exclusives list is good and all, if you add in non-exclusives you'll see
just how terrible the Wii was this generation. Skyrim being the biggest
game of the year was on PS360, not on Wii. Same with Batman, Portal,
Assassin's Creed, Battlefield 3, Dark Souls, Saints Row 3, etc. Why
stick with the Wii when multiple great games are being released for
every console but it? Skyward Sword was good and all, but Nintendo can't

Ye gods, what happened to Nintendo after 2003? Also, most professional critics probably don't consider there to have been a Wii game that's "really good" since Super Mario Galaxy, so ouch. site still loves Nintendo, it just doesn't like the Wii. The Wii doing
poorly on here has no effect on how Nintendo characters or the games

Skyrim
gains nearly 1.5% there, although Zelda still goes up as well. Bastion
and L.A. Noire made up most of the percentage that went to Skyrim and

looks like too big a gap for SS to reverse in a contest match. I'd have
considered it quite possible if it could have managed 45% tomorrow, but

There's no way SS languishes around in the mid 50s on a game like that. Doubt
SS loses to Oblivion. It's clear that SS isn't being regarded as a top
tier Zelda game, but I would expect it come in at least slightly above

don't really buy Skyrim being a "fad". People were saying Fallout 3 got
so close to Brawl in 2008 GotYs due to it being a fad, but then it did
almost the exact same % on it a few years later. Just because its a
Western game doesn't mean people will forget about it and move on like
