'downloadable' and 'original' games get their own days for god knows what reason) Ehhh, I'd have to disagree... to me big multiway polls are most fun when there isn't any similarity in how the games play, like we had in Best Exclusive and Multiplatform this year. (Or at least, what we WOULD have had in multiplatform if SB hadn't crammed all the shooters into the first and the fighters into the second.) Seeing whether Modern Warfare or Battlefield is more popular on this site isn't as interesting to me as having them compete against all the other genres as well, where we learn that "it doesn't matter- they're both incredibly weak." know I'm late, but holy ****, that GotY poll is the funniest thing
ever. It's not often that you get to see Zelda completely, thoroughly

Ohh, I don't know if I'd go THAT far. Skyward crushed Uncharted, and there was talk of Batman possibly being the #2 game after it did so well in the first multiplatform, but SS still beat it easily despite having to deal with Pokemon. I'd say the Final result had much more to do with Skyrim being a monster than Zelda disappointing. GintokiSaotome posted... It's
not really a big deal. Game overs were generally harsh back then and
you do have 3 lives or something. Also you get tools to skip you
through large parts of the game so it's not like you have to go through
the whole game again-- last dungeon it'll take you like 5-10 minutes to
get back to it from start position. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |
You start over when you lose all your lives, not every time you die. --- FastFalcon punched all of our brackets. |

Iron Knuckles are like...the best enemy? Seriously that kind of difficulty where you're not only trying to defend but find an opening to attack at the same time because of how they [offense and defense] were linked has never been replicated. The
two NES Zeldas were pretty fun to play with a walkthrough. The second
tested me quite a bit (ended with 33 Game Overs), but I felt like I had
accomplished something when I won. I'd rather crawl through broken glass

There were also 593 picks for Link/Ganondorf that went for something other than the straight pick. So that means there were 1048 straight picks and 874 picks for either 10%, 5%, or the 1% option. More than half of all predictors went with the straight pick (54.53% to be exact). Infinite and GTAV, if they come out this year, will also have shots.
There's also a chance Nintendo will come out with something big for Wii

have beaten them without a guide, but I didn't want to invest that much
time and aggravation blindly exploring NES worlds in 2011. Twenty years

You need a guide for 100 percenting, but not really for the dungeons. Once you figure out what the game expects from you, and you use the available hints, it's not hard.
